PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY
Annual package fee of £720, or a monthly charge of £60.
Carrying out fortnightly security and maintenance checks.
Report via email including: photographs of any damage or potential problems such as damaged roof, leaks, cracks or anything significant on your entire property.
• Seasonal caretaking including:
• Disconnecting water supply in winter, emptying cistern and lagging external pipes.
• Appropriate ventilation of the property
• Key holding
• Organising required maintenance agreed with the client (maintenance charge separate)
* Please note we are not a security service and do not respond to alarms. However, we can arrange security (at additional cost) if required.

BUILDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT- 3% OF THE COST OF THE PROJECT.
TRANSFERRING WATER AND ELECTRICITY- £100 FEE PER PROPERTY
AIRPORTS PICK UP ONLY- £30 AGENCY FEE PLUS 0.20 Pence PER KM
BILL PAYMENT- £50 PER YEAR (COSTS NOT INCLUDED)
INSURANCE ARRANGEMENTS- AT £30 SURCHARGE
SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLATION- AT £50 SURCHARGE
COMPANY ACCOUNTANTS- AT £140
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE- £30 PER DAY
GARDEN MAINTENANCE- ACORDING TO REQUEST
CARGO SERVICES- MOVING YOUR BELONGINGS TO BULGARIA- FROM £80 PER CUB/M DEPEND OF THE AMOUNT TO MOVE AND LOCATION IN ENGLAND AND BULGARIA.

If on the other hand you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect and have cause to complain, please let us know. We treat all complaints really seriously and will acknowledge all formal complaints within two working days of receipt. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and a written response provided within 10 working days. However there are situations, which are complex or involve third parties where it is not possible to resolve a complaint within the timescale mentioned above. In such cases we make sure to keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.
1. We will need copy of your company decision and your original company stamp if you request certain services such as accountancy, utilities bills transfers etc.
2. To be able to manage your house or to resell it, or access for some reason we would request the key for the property to be left at our office.
Please also note, that no After Sales Services will be undertaken if a contract is not signed from you and payment is not received on time.
