To suit our customers’ requirements and meet their needs, BG Home Services Ltd. has put together a complete and diverse range of viewing trip packages. The duration varies from 4 to 7 days, but since we are flexible and truly customer orientated company, BG Home Services is able to fully customize your own viewing trip. We can also offer extended “Bulgarian tours” of up to two full weeks.

We will be pleased to welcome you at the airport, and take you (with one of our comfortable A/C vehicles) to a local hotel in your region of interest – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Yambol, Veliko Tarnovo, Bourgas. BG Home Services provides different alternatives and options for accommodation - you could stay in one of our many properties optional for renting. Using this service you could get a better idea and feeling of the quality you could achieve from your dream property. The average duration of a viewing trip is 2 or 3 days, all spent in showing you Bulgarian properties selected after a careful research to meet your specifications. We aim to offer only the best properties on the Bulgarian market. In the evenings you can enjoy the Bulgarian hospitality and cuisine or the vibrant night life. We will meet you with our friendly team of employees, as well as with our expert solicitors, accountants and builders. They are all fluent in English, have lots of experience and really committed to take your Bulgarian property dream to reality.

We will arrange every detail of your airport drop-off (flight time check, transportation, etc.), so you can be assured you will not miss your flight home. All our clients are accommodated in hotels with good location - inspected by a professional member of staff and categorized as at least 3 star establishments.

We can organise viewing trip packages for you, this includes all flights, accommodation and viewing trip. The flights will be provided from your preferred departure airport (where possible) arriving at the closest airport in Bulgaria to where you wish to view properties.

The prices for our all-inclusive viewing trips are:

3 Days Viewing Trip - £259 per person. (1 full days viewing)

4 Days Viewing Trip - £294 per person. (2 full days viewing)

5 Days Viewing Trip - £317 per person. (3 full days viewing)

6 Days Viewing Trip - £353 per person. (4 full days viewing)

7 Days Viewing Trip - £387 per person. (5 full days viewing)

8 Days Viewing Trip - £423 per person. (6 full days viewing)

Charges based on flights from Gatwick to Sofia.
Certain regions in Bulgaria also incur a surcharge for accommodation.

Full amount payment is required upon booking form completion. Due to airline policies, please, be noticed that this fee is non-refundable.

The viewing trips to Bulgaria are highly recommended and we try to dissuade people from buying blind. However, we at BG Home Services recognise that a lot of people try to combine their trip with a holiday. If you wish to make your own arrangements to travel to Bulgaria then due to the long distances our agent’s travel we will have to charge you for petrol. This is charged at a rate of:

0.20 EUR/km, estimate 50 Euros a day
