From the out set of this adventure I was a little apprehensive, because having dealt with a UK Co and being totally let down, I decided to give it one more go so I chose BG Home services Ltd.

A family run business with a personal touch, of treating you as an individual person, calling you by your name and actually being at the end of the phone line when you call and leaving you E/Mails to keep you up to date. The lady I have dealt with throughout the transaction is a lady called Mariana based in the UK, a family lady with feelings and emotions to understand people.

Hi Mariana,

Just a email we feel we ought to write and let you know about our last visit to Bulgaria.

Firstly we have already been in contact with some of the people who already live over there through email on my bulgaria, two of whom live in the Village and in fact have houses in the same Road.

We arranged to meet them in the local bar for a drink on the Sunday, we ended up there for 6 hours in total, they had also told the locals we were going and met a lot of them as well.  The couple who are building the hotel in the Village introduced us to all the Bulgarian neighbours, who are the kindest and friendliest people in the world.  Though we definately need to learn the language and quickly, (we have just got the cd and book on th language).  When it was just Ron and myself talking to the neighbours, even though we couldn't really understand everything they where telling us, they still kept on talking to us, it was really nice.

The main reason I wanted to write was to let you know how we got on with your Staff whilst over there.

Firstly Desi......We are very impressed with Desi, she was very professional and friendly and went out of her way to find the answers to any questions we had she was just brilliant and could you thank her for her time and help that she gave us whilst we were over there.

Now for Jivka,  Well what can I say  Jivka is Jivka, it was really nice to meet up with her again, it was like meeting up again with a very old and loyal friend, she is lovely and can you also thank her again for her help and time and wish her well for her wedding in August if we don't get chance to meet her again before the big day.

Really I just wanted you to know you couldn't have more reliable, friendly and professional Staff than these two they made our visit a real pleasure

It has been nearly a year since I last said hello so you may have forgotten this email address! I am Andy who bought a village house in Novakovo last April. Also friend of Vicky Green. Nice to say hello to you again. Hope you are happy and busy with the business. I am back in UK again now living in Nottingham. Missing Ganev Dol very much but that is life eh?
 
Anyway I am emailing more specifically about any properties now or in the future which you may have available for sale with a small lake or pond about 2 or 3 acres in size. A little larger or smaller I am sure would not be a problem though. This is not for me but a work colleague who is near to retirement and would like to live abroad. Like myself he is attracted by the business potential in Bulgaria as well as the cost of living.  His vision is to buy a property which would be appropriate for holidaymakers who love fishing which is why he wants a little lake!
 
I talk almost everyday with him about Bulgaria and he seems excited and serious about this idea. I am emailing only you though because I know you are the most professional and ethical agent in Bulgarian real estate. Myself and Vicky will only buy with your company because we know you are the best and when you are making a huge purchase such as a property this is extremely important. 
 
I have told my colleague to be patient because I assume there will not be many properties available fitting this specification. I also advised him to use yourself as his agent, warning him of the potential problems that you have with less ethical agents.
 
I hope this could be of some use to you? But, anyway I am forgetting my manners, forgetting to ask about your Christmas and hope you are having a great new year! Typical man! Ha ha ha ha.

I had the most delightful trip to Bulgaria, thanks to your wonderful team.

I have to say Toshka was a real embassador / representative of BG, he took such good care of me as your client, he was both courteous, polite and at all times put my needs and safety first.

I can honestly say I felt 110% comfortable and secure at at times, considering (1) I was a female travelling alone in a strange country, (2) to a total different culture & (3)  I didn't and couldnt speak a word of the language.

Mariana, I would highly recommend this gentleman without any hesitation should you have future clients in a similar situation or with similar needs.
