Using a reliable and professional Property Management company is probably the most cost-effective way of taking good care for the conditions and security of your property investment or holiday home in Bulgaria. We, at BG Home Services Ltd., have carefully tailored a number of services to meet even the highest requirements - from full property management to simple shopping trips providing excellent on time service, giving you complete peace of mind. In response to our clients needs and our understanding that a foreign country and a foreign language take time to get used to, Our company now provides a number of services - invaluable for our clients and we are sure you will find the professional care and attention suiting your requirements, just as invaluable as our clients before you.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY

Annual package fee of 705 euro, or a monthly charge of 58.75 euro.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

Carrying out fortnightly security and maintenance checks.

Report via email including: photographs of any damage or potential problems such as damaged roof, leaks, cracks or anything significant on your entire property.

  • Seasonal caretaking including:

  • Disconnecting water supply in winter, emptying cistern and lagging external pipes.

  • Appropriate ventilation of the property

  • Key holding

  • Organising required maintenance agreed with the client (maintenance charge separate)

* Please note we are not a security service and do not respond to alarms. However, we can arrange security (at additional cost) if required.

PROPERTY CLEANING AND CHANGE OVER SERVICE ONLY

If you intend to use your property as a holiday home for your family and friends you will not want to spend your precious free time cleaning your property. We at BG Home Services Ltd. offer a cost-wise and efficient service to keep your property looking as brand new. We can provide one-off cleanings before and after you leave. This service includes:

  • Laundering bedding, towels and other linen.

  • Floors, toilets, sinks and bathtubs cleaning,

  • kitchen surfaces, countertops, kitchen appliances cleaning

  • internal windows cleaning and polishing and dusting of all furniture.

One bedroom apartment - 35.25 euro
Two bedrooms apartment - 47.00 euro
Two bedrooms house - 58.75 euro
Three bedrooms house - 82.25 euro

Cleaning after building work is charged on quotation.

BG HOME SERVICES LTD. WELCOME PACKAGE

You can arrange to have fresh groceries delivered to your property before you or your guests arrive. The basic welcome package includes: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, eggs, ham, cheese and bottled mineral water, as well as Home delivery.

Charged at 82.25 euro

You can also pre-order additional items (additional items are charged separately).

EVALUATION REPORT- 235 EURO

BUILDING QUOTATION- 117.50 EURO

BUILDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT- 3% OF THE COST OF THE PROJECT.

TRANSFERRING WATER AND ELECTRICITY- 117.50 EURO FEE PER PROPERTY

AIRPORTS PICK UP ONLY- 23.50 EURO AGENCY FEE PLUS 0.20 CENTS PER KM

BILL PAYMENT- 58.75 EURO PER YEAR (COSTS NOT INCLUDED)

INSURANCE ARRANGEMENTS- AT 23.50 EURO SURCHARGE

SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLATION- AT 58.75 EURO SURCHARGE

COMPANY ACCOUNTANTS- AT 73.43 EURO

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE- 35 EURO PER DAY

GARDEN MAINTENANCE- ACORDING TO REQUEST

REFERENCES, COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK

Please inform us of the services within your interest and we will calculate this into GBP if you wish to pay in this way, and an invoice for payment will be issued.

Our After Sales Services Department welcomes and values comments and suggestions about how to improve our services. One of our company’s main objectives is to provide consistent excellence and top quality. We are very flexible and proactive and will do our best to meet your requests.

If on the other hand you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect and have cause to complain, please let us know. We treat all complaints really seriously and will acknowledge all formal complaints within two working days of receipt. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and a written response provided within 10 working days. However there are situations, which are complex or involve third parties where it is not possible to resolve a complaint within the timescale mentioned above. In such cases we make sure to keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.

Please Note:

1. We will need copy of your company decision and your original company stamp if you request certain services such as accountancy, utilities bills transfers etc.

2. To be able to manage your house or to resell it, or access for some reason we would request the key for the property to be left at the regional office.

Please also note, that no After Sales Services will be undertaken if a contract is not signed from you and payment is not received on time.
