Overview

The complex consist of 18 apartments and 24 houses with sea view. Finishing with laminated parquet, terracotta, fitted bathrooms, thermo- and hydro- insulations, PVC joinery.

Apartments with furnished kitchens including: ceramic cooktop, oven,kitchen cupboards, range hood. We can offer fully furnished from catalogue against additional payment .

There are really a plenty of facilities available: swimming pool, beautiful gardens, barbeque, security guard, purifying station and electricity generating set. Fee for support, security and services – 7 euro per sq.m. annually .

Location

It is located 17 km away from Varna , 8 km from Kranevo beaches and 12 km away from the resorts of Albena and Golden Sands. The complex is ideally located. It is in a short distance away from the third largest city in Bulgaria and largest on the Black sea shore , Varna , and its international airport.

The area is attractive for golf-players and fans as well. There are several golf fields under construction and two of them are Gary Player`s projects.
